The Pioneer LSL is cut and sewn from 175g jersey in 100% organic cotton (in conversion), with a natural finish that makes it softer and smoother to the touch. It has a ribbed round neck, neck tape, long sleeves finished with heavyweight 2×1 ribbed cuffs, a comfortable cut and side slits at the hem. The long front and back print areas leave plenty of room for large artwork.

Print areas: Front up to 280 x 420 mm; Back up to 280 x 420 mm; Chest up to 100 x 100 mm; Right sleeve up to 100 x 70 mm; Left sleeve up to 100 x 70 mm.
Embroidery: Supply a vector PDF or a high-resolution PNG. Keep the logo simple and bold, with no gradients or very fine detail, in up to 8 thread colours; embroidery is available on the chest, right sleeve and left sleeve.
Screen printing and screen transfer: Supply a vector PDF with fonts outlined and solid colours only, matching the number of colours you choose (up to 8).
Digital transfer: Supply a PDF with images at 300dpi at the final print size, on a transparent background.
Reflective transfer: Supply a vector PDF in a single solid colour, with fonts outlined.
Colour contrast: Choose T-shirt and logo colours with strong contrast, such as a light logo on a dark T-shirt or a dark logo on a light one.
Artwork check: Every file gets a free automatic artwork check. For a full manual review, add a paid check by a prepress specialist.
