Product Description for Double-Sided Roller Banners | 800 x 2000mm

Double Sided Roller Banners provide a portable retractable display for exhibitions, retail spaces, reception areas and events. The current format is 800 x 2000mm, with the printed graphic housed inside a reusable aluminium-style cassette/stand designed for fast set-up and storage.

The graphic uses 225mic grey block polymer printed as separate front and back graphics. The banner should be designed for viewing at distance: prioritise a clear headline, a strong focal image and concise contact or call-to-action information rather than filling the full height with small text.

Use the exact roller-banner template because the lower section of the print can enter the cassette or fixing system and is not always part of the visible display area. Roller banners are primarily freestanding indoor display products; stability and safe use depend on the selected hardware and environment.

Use the exact artwork template for the ordered display size. Supply artwork in CMYK at the template scale and at the resolution specified by that template; where full-size artwork is requested, 300dpi is the preferred source resolution. Keep logos, text and other critical elements inside the template’s safe area and extend backgrounds into any stated bleed or hidden fitting area. Embed or outline fonts and supply a print-ready PDF. Do not place essential text in the lower cassette/fixing allowance shown on the template.

The current product uses 800 x 2000mm. Use the corresponding template because visible area and cassette allowance are built into the artwork dimensions.

Yes. Online roller-banner products are supplied with their retractable stand/hardware; banner-only graphics are not the standard online configuration.

The current specification uses 225mic grey block polymer printed as separate front and back graphics.

Replacement capability depends on the stand. In particular, the current premium banner is factory installed and described as non-replaceable; do not assume graphics are user-changeable.

Use the exact template, supply CMYK artwork at the required scale/resolution, keep critical content inside the visible safe area and outline/embed fonts.

They are primarily designed as portable freestanding display products for controlled environments. Outdoor wind and uneven ground can make retractable stands unstable, so use purpose-designed outdoor hardware where required.
