Product Description for Printed Bottle Neck Tags | 380gsm Custom Tags

Printed bottle neck tags turn bottles into an additional branded communication surface without changing the primary label. They are useful for drinks promotions, gifting, sampling, retail campaigns, hospitality and product launches.

The current product uses 380gsm card in 65 x 140mm and 65 x 160mm formats. Tags are printed single-sided and can be supplied unlaminated or with selected matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination. The shaped template includes the neck opening and structural cut lines required for fitting.

Design on the exact dieline. Keep text away from the neck cut-out and trim, and use the available lower panel for the main message, QR code, offer or product information.

Use the exact bottle-neck-tag template for the selected 65 x 140mm or 65 x 160mm format.

Add 3mm bleed around trimmed edges. Supply a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X-1a, at 300dpi with fonts embedded or outlined. Keep important text, QR codes and logos clear of the neck opening, trim and structural areas.

Where requested, submit two files: one showing the production template over the artwork for checking and one clean print-ready file without visible technical guides.

Material: 380gsm card.

Printing: Single-sided full-colour CMYK.

Finishes: None, matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination depending on selected option.

Artwork: 300dpi CMYK PDF/PDF-X-1a with fonts outlined or embedded and 3mm bleed.

Dieline: Use the exact neck-tag template. Keep the circular/neck cut-out and all cut lines clear of important content.

Production Note: Lamination changes sheen, tactile feel and scuff resistance but does not make the tag waterproof. Normal die-cutting and trimming tolerances apply.
