Product Description for Vinyl Banners | Outdoor Banner Printing

Vinyl Banners are large-format flexible displays for events, venues, fences, building fronts and promotional campaigns. The current PVC banner specification uses heavyweight 500gsm all-weather vinyl, digitally printed in full colour and finished with reinforced eyelets for practical installation.

Standard online sizes extend to very large formats; the current PVC page states a maximum of 6000mm wide by 2000mm high. The flexible material is weather-resistant and suitable for indoor or outdoor use, although extreme conditions, poor fixing or excessive wind loading can still damage a banner.

Design for distance with large type, strong contrast and a clear message. Keep logos and text away from eyelets and edges, and tension the banner evenly across suitable fixing points rather than allowing the material to carry concentrated loads.

Use the exact artwork template for the ordered display size. Supply artwork in CMYK at the template scale and at the resolution specified by that template; where full-size artwork is requested, 300dpi is the preferred source resolution. Keep logos, text and other critical elements inside the template’s safe area and extend backgrounds into any stated bleed or hidden fitting area. Embed or outline fonts and supply a print-ready PDF. Keep important content clear of eyelet positions and fixing edges.

Use: Indoor or outdoor. Weather-resistant does not mean immune to extreme wind or poor installation.
