Product Description for Full-Colour Mug Printing | Custom Ceramic Mugs

Full-colour mug printing turns a practical 350ml ceramic mug into a photographic or branded promotional product. Dye-sublimation printing supports detailed colour artwork, making this option suitable for photographs, illustrations, multicolour logos, staff gifts and event merchandise.

The current mug is approximately 96mm high and 82mm in diameter, with an available print area around 200 x 80mm. Supported layouts include single-position, double-position and wraparound designs. The mug is suitable for normal microwave and dishwasher use under the current specification.

Design around the cylindrical surface rather than as a flat poster. Keep important text away from the extreme left and right ends of the wrap and allow comfortable clearance from the top, bottom and handle area.

Build artwork to the current approximately 200 x 80mm printable area using the supplied template.

Supply high-resolution CMYK artwork. Raster images should be approximately 300dpi at final print size. Embed or outline fonts and keep important elements away from the top/bottom limits, handle area and extreme ends of the wrap.

Use practical type sizes of around 10pt or larger; light text reversed from a coloured background benefits from larger sizing for clarity. Check the flat artwork as a cylindrical mock-up before approval.
