Product Description for Engraved Paragon Pens | Laser Engraved Metal Pens

Engraved Paragon pens provide a more permanent branding treatment than surface ink printing. A laser removes or alters the outer finish of the metal pen to create a precise monochrome mark that will not behave like a printed colour layer.

The current branding area is approximately 40 x 7mm. This narrow space suits logos, company names and short web addresses. Because laser engraving creates a material-dependent etched effect, the final mark colour is determined by the pen finish and exposed substrate rather than by a selected Pantone ink.

Use clean vector artwork with strong shapes and comfortable spacing. Fine gradients, photographs and colour-dependent designs are not suitable for laser engraving.

Prepare artwork to the approximately 40 x 7mm engraving area. Supply vector PDF artwork only.

Outline fonts and convert strokes to filled shapes where necessary. Avoid gradients, raster images, photographic tones, hairlines and tightly packed detail. Keep the complete design within the defined engraving zone.

Do not assign CMYK or Pantone colours to represent the finished engraving; the physical pen surface determines the engraved appearance.
