Product Description for A4 Presentation Folders | Custom Printed

A4 Presentation Folders are designed to organise and present A4 documents in a branded outer cover with an internal pocket structure. They are useful for proposals, quotations, property packs, event documents, training material and sales presentations where loose sheets need to stay together.

The current construction uses selected silk or uncoated card; current A4 finished format is oversized at about 299 x 215mm to hold A4 sheets. Depending on the product, matt or gloss lamination, business-card slots and different pocket capacities may be available. Glued folders arrive assembled; interlocking folders are supplied creased and flat for assembly.

Folder artwork must be built on the exact cutting forme. Do not remove, move or redraw structural lines without checking the template, and keep logos/text clear of cuts, folds, glue zones and card slots. A physical mock-up is recommended before approval.

Supply print-ready artwork as a high-resolution PDF at 300dpi in CMYK (FOGRA39 where a profile is required). Embed all fonts or convert text to outlines/curves. Add 3mm bleed on every trimmed edge and extend backgrounds and images fully into the bleed. Keep important text, logos, QR codes and other critical content at least 3mm inside the finished trim. Crop marks are not required when the PDF is supplied at the correct trim size with bleed.

Use the exact artwork template for the selected finished size and fold because panel widths and fold positions can vary. Keep important content clear of fold lines, and create a physical mock-up before supplying artwork when panel order or orientation is critical. Do not print or export the cutter guide as visible artwork unless the template specifically instructs it.

Glued folders are pre-assembled with glued pockets. Interlocking folders use die-cut tabs, are supplied creased/flat and are assembled without the same glued construction.

Selected silk folder products offer matt or gloss lamination. Availability depends on the size and construction chosen.

Use the exact artwork dieline, a 300dpi CMYK PDF and 3mm bleed. Keep critical artwork away from cuts, folds, slots and glue areas.

Capacity depends on the selected gusset. Current glued-folder guidance uses 0mm, 5mm and 10mm options; 5mm is around 36 and 10mm around 72 sheets of 90gsm paper as a practical guide.
