Technical specifications – printed paper bags

Material: White or natural Kraft paper, approximately 0.13mm thick, with twisted paper handles. Current bags are designed for everyday retail loads up to approximately 6kg when used appropriately.

Sizes: Small 225 × 190 × 80mm; Medium 300 × 220 × 100mm; Large 340 × 260 × 140mm (H × W × D).

Printing: Full-colour CMYK inkjet. Available print coverage includes defined small/large exterior print areas and an all-over option. All-over print can extend across the exterior and inside lip; standard small/large areas leave the interior in the base paper colour.

Defined print areas: Small bag 170 × 45mm or 170 × 185mm; Medium 200 × 105mm or 200 × 260mm; Large 240 × 125mm or 240 × 300mm, for the corresponding small/large print options.

Artwork: Supply PDF artwork at 300dpi. Vector and raster graphics are supported. Use fonts of at least around 8pt, outline/embed fonts, convert strokes to shapes where required, flatten artwork and avoid unintended overprint settings.

All-over artwork: Supply two files—one with the dieline/template visible for placement checking and one clean print file without the template. Folds, gussets, handles and the lip affect how flat artwork appears once assembled.

Production note: Do not position critical text across creases or handle zones. Bag capacity depends on both dimensions and the nature/distribution of the contents, not just the nominal weight rating.
