Technical specifications – cafe barrier printing

System: Freestanding hospitality barrier comprising posts, crossbars and printed banner panels. Current hardware styles include Classic Black and Premium Chrome configurations. Complete kits use two banner graphics; extension kits use one.

Graphic: Full-colour printed weather-resistant barrier banner designed to fit the specified hardware. Use the exact template for the chosen barrier width and system.

Artwork scale: Templates are supplied at 25% of finished size and should not be rescaled. Supply CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X-4, with fonts outlined or embedded and raster imagery at 300dpi at the supplied template scale.

Bleed: The graphic dimensions already incorporate the required production allowance, so no additional bleed should be added beyond the current template. Keep important content clear of hems, sleeves and fixing areas.

File submission: For each design, provide one file with the template visible for checking and one clean production file without the template. Where a complete kit requires two matching banners, supply the corresponding artwork quantity/sets as required by the ordering workflow.

Outdoor use: Hardware and banners are designed for suitable cafe, restaurant and event environments, but stability depends on the base, surface and wind. Freestanding barriers should be removed or secured when weather conditions are unsafe.

Replacement graphics: A graphic-only replacement must match the exact hardware width/system. Do not assume banners are interchangeable between Classic and Premium barrier generations or sizes.
