Technical specifications – stretch fabric display stands

Construction: Lightweight aluminium tubular frame covered by a tensioned printed fabric sleeve. The graphic slides over the assembled frame and is secured at the bottom, producing a smooth exhibition backdrop without a rigid printed panel.

Graphic material and print: Approximately 260gsm mesh display fabric printed by dye sublimation in full colour. Single- and double-sided graphic options are available on supported configurations, with replacement graphics available for compatible frames.

Sizes: Current straight and curved display systems span approximately 2.4m to 6m widths; wave formats are available in selected sizes such as 3m and 6m. Use the exact hardware template because each frame profile has its own graphic dimensions.

Artwork: Templates are supplied at 20% scale. Supply CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X-1a, with fonts outlined/embedded, 300dpi artwork at the supplied template scale and a minimum 10mm safe zone. Keep important text away from the fabric wrap, seams and zip area.

Textile tolerance: Dye-sublimated fabric is cut, sewn and stretched, so small positional movement is normal. Avoid precision borders, registration-critical graphics that must align from front to back, or continuous imagery that relies on exact seam matching.

Care: Intended for indoor display. The fabric can be washed at approximately 30 C without detergent on the current specification; allow it to dry fully before refitting or storage. Strong lighting directly behind or above the fabric can reveal some translucency.

Transport: Break down the frame and store hardware and dry fabric in the carry bag. Confirm frame generation/size before ordering a replacement graphic.
