Technical specifications – branded deck chairs

Construction: Folding promotional deck chair with a eucalyptus wood frame and an interchangeable printed polyester canvas/fabric sling.

Print method: Full-colour CMYK dye sublimation, which transfers the graphic into the textile rather than leaving a thick surface ink layer.

Artwork: Use the current deck-chair template rather than manually creating the graphic from an approximate measurement. The printable sling area is approximately 510mm wide and extends through the main seat/back textile; exact final height and seam allowances are defined by the downloadable template.

File setup: Current production uses high-resolution artwork with the template supplied at reduced scale. Supply vector logos where possible and high-quality raster imagery, with fonts outlined/embedded. Keep important branding clear of stitched edges, folds and areas hidden when the chair is assembled.

Textile behaviour: Fabric is cut, sewn and tensioned over the chair frame. Small positional variation is normal; avoid narrow edge borders and alignment-critical graphics that must sit precisely on seams.

Care: The printed sling is interchangeable and washable according to the current textile-care instructions. Allow fabric to dry completely before storage or refitting.

Use: Suitable for events, hospitality and promotional seating. The chair is functional furniture as well as display hardware; inspect frame, fabric and fixings before use and do not use damaged components.
