Product Description for Rounded Corner Flyers | 6mm Rounded Finish

Rounded corner flyers take a familiar promotional format and add a 6mm rounded finish to create a softer, more distinctive shape. The curved corners can also help reduce the scuffing and bending that often affects sharp corners when flyers are handled repeatedly.

Choose from a range of coated and creative papers, including silk, gloss, Kraft, pearl and selected uncoated stocks, subject to the chosen size and specification. Different papers change the character of the finished piece—from vibrant coated print to natural, writable or pearlescent surfaces.

Rounded corner flyers are effective for menus, invitations, vouchers, premium handouts, event material and brand campaigns that need a subtle point of difference. Artwork is prepared to the standard finished dimensions with bleed, but important text, borders and logos should be kept comfortably inside the safe area so they do not sit too close to the rounded cut.

Technical specifications – rounded corner flyers

Finishing: Flyers are trimmed and then finished with a 6mm corner radius on the supported corners, creating a softer profile than a conventional square-cut flyer.

Paper options: Selected coated and creative stocks are available, including gloss, silk, Kraft, pearl, natural uncoated, textured uncoated and smooth white papers. Size availability can vary by stock; use the exact current product option and template.

Printing: Full-colour CMYK, with single- or double-sided production according to specification.

Artwork setup: Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined or embedded and 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep important text and logos inside the normal safe area, with additional clearance from corners where possible.

Rounded-corner design: Avoid placing small text, QR codes, border corners or important graphic detail inside the radius area. A square artwork file is still supplied; the physical corner rounding is added during finishing.

Borders and tolerances: Very narrow borders that follow the finished rounded edge can reveal normal cutting variation. Use a generous border or full-bleed background for a more consistent result.

Material note: Heavier and textured stocks respond differently to finishing. Exact corner and stock combinations should be selected before final artwork is approved rather than adapting a file after production has been specified.

Rounded Corner Flyers | 6mm Rounded Finish FAQs

The flyers are finished with 6mm rounded corners. This softens the appearance of the piece, helps distinguish it from a standard square-cornered flyer and can reduce wear to sharp corners during repeated handling.

Available stocks include gloss and silk papers as well as selected creative materials such as Kraft, pearl, natural uncoated, textured uncoated and smooth white stocks. Availability can vary by flyer size and specification.

Rounded corners can help reduce the bending and scuffing that often occurs at sharp corners, particularly when a flyer is handled repeatedly. Overall durability still depends on the paper weight, finish and how the printed piece is used.

They are effective for premium promotions, menus, invitations, handouts, vouchers and brand communications where a softer or more distinctive shape supports the design. The finish can also help a flyer stand out when displayed alongside conventional rectangular print.

No. Some specialist uncoated stocks and finishing combinations are limited to particular sizes, such as A5 or A6. The final paper and size combination should therefore be checked together when choosing the specification.

The artwork is prepared to the normal finished flyer dimensions, but important text, logos and borders should be kept comfortably inside the safe area so they do not sit too close to the rounded corner cut. Standard bleed is still required around the trimmed edges.
