Product Description for Interlocking Presentation Folders | Flat Packed

Interlocking Presentation Folders are designed to organise and present selected A4, A5 and DL document formats in a branded outer cover with an internal pocket structure. They are useful for proposals, quotations, property packs, event documents, training material and sales presentations where loose sheets need to stay together.

The current construction uses interlocking tab construction supplied flat/creased; current uncoated option uses 300gsm stock in place of former pulp, with silk options also available. Depending on the product, matt or gloss lamination, business-card slots and different pocket capacities may be available. Glued folders arrive assembled; interlocking folders are supplied creased and flat for assembly.

Folder artwork must be built on the exact cutting forme. Do not remove, move or redraw structural lines without checking the template, and keep logos/text clear of cuts, folds, glue zones and card slots. A physical mock-up is recommended before approval.

Supply print-ready artwork as a high-resolution PDF at 300dpi in CMYK (FOGRA39 where a profile is required). Embed all fonts or convert text to outlines/curves. Add 3mm bleed on every trimmed edge and extend backgrounds and images fully into the bleed. Keep important text, logos, QR codes and other critical content at least 3mm inside the finished trim. Crop marks are not required when the PDF is supplied at the correct trim size with bleed.

Use the exact artwork template for the selected finished size and fold because panel widths and fold positions can vary. Keep important content clear of fold lines, and create a physical mock-up before supplying artwork when panel order or orientation is critical. Do not print or export the cutter guide as visible artwork unless the template specifically instructs it.
