Product Description for Recycled Travel Mugs | Custom Branded 400ml Cups

Custom recycled travel mugs provide a reusable branded drinkware option for staff, events, offices and promotional campaigns. The current 400ml double-wall model combines recycled polypropylene components with stainless steel for a practical handled cup.

The mug is approximately 140mm high and weighs around 163g. Standard branding uses a single-colour pad print within an approximately 20 x 50mm area, making the product best suited to clear logos and short brand marks rather than complex photographic artwork.

The screw-cap lid and carry handle support everyday use, while the compact branding area keeps the presentation understated. Choose a print colour with strong contrast against the selected mug colour and keep artwork simple for reliable reproduction.

Prepare artwork to the approximately 20 x 50mm print area. Supply vector PDF artwork using one approved spot colour for the standard pad-print process.

Outline or embed fonts and convert strokes to filled shapes where appropriate. Avoid gradients, photographs, hairlines, intricate detail and very tight gaps. Keep the complete design inside the printable zone.

Choose a print colour that remains legible against the selected mug colour. No page-style trim bleed is required.
