Product Description for Crest Flag Printing | Custom Promotional Flags

Crest flag printing creates a tall promotional display with a curved crest-shaped top held on a flexible pole system. The vertical format provides strong visibility without requiring a large footprint, making it practical for entrances, events and promotional areas.

Use crest flags at exhibitions, sports events, forecourts, hospitality venues, retail sites and festivals. Different base options suit different surfaces, including weighted bases for hard ground and spike-style options for suitable soft ground.

Replacement graphics can be used with compatible hardware, allowing the pole system to support future campaigns. Artwork should follow the supplied curved template, with logos and text kept inside the safe area and clear of sewn edges.

Technical specifications – crest flag printing

Construction: Printed fabric graphic fitted to a flexible pole system that forms the characteristic crest-shaped upper profile. Base hardware is selected separately/according to the installation surface.

Artwork scale: Use the supplied template at 25% scale. Raster imagery should be 300dpi at the supplied template scale. Include 3mm bleed and maintain a minimum 10mm safe zone inside the template boundary.

Colour: Supply a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X-1a, with fonts outlined or embedded. For this flag-production workflow, solid black should be set to the specified rich/true-black build (C100 M100 Y100 K100) rather than 100% K alone to avoid an unintended navy appearance.

Design: Keep logos, text and essential marks clear of sewn hems and pole pockets. Use large, simple graphics because the flag is normally viewed from several metres away and the fabric moves in use.

Hardware: Select a base suitable for the surface—weighted/cross-style bases for hard ground and spike-style bases for suitable soft ground. Stability depends on base, flag size and weather.

Production note: Fabric printing, sewing and tensioning involve normal tolerances. Avoid continuous fine borders that must align exactly to the curved sewn edge.
