Product Description for Custom Roll-Top Backpacks | Branded Recycled Bags

Custom roll-top backpacks provide a more substantial promotional bag for staff packs, events, travel and branded merchandise. The current model uses durable 600D GRS-certified recycled polyester and a roll-top construction with approximately 18 litres of capacity.

The bag measures around 280 x 410 x 110mm. Branding is applied to the front panel within an approximately 130 x 120mm area, giving enough room for a clear company logo or simple campaign mark without overwhelming the product.

Design for a textured woven surface rather than smooth paper. Strong vector artwork, sensible line weights and clear contrast against the bag colour give the most reliable result. Keep logos away from seams, folds and hardware.

Use the exact backpack template and keep artwork inside the approximately 130 x 120mm front branding area.

Supply clean vector PDF artwork for the standard branding process. Outline or embed fonts, convert important strokes to shapes and avoid photographs, fine hairlines and tiny text unless the selected print method specifically supports them.

Keep critical artwork clear of seams, folds, zips and structural parts. Check contrast against the selected fabric colour before approval.
