Supply print-ready artwork as a high-resolution PDF at 300dpi in CMYK (FOGRA39 where a profile is required). Embed all fonts or convert text to outlines/curves. Add 3mm bleed on every trimmed edge and extend backgrounds and images fully into the bleed. Keep important text, logos, QR codes and other critical content at least 3mm inside the finished trim. Crop marks are not required when the PDF is supplied at the correct trim size with bleed.

Use the exact artwork template for the selected finished size and fold because panel widths and fold positions can vary. Keep important content clear of fold lines, and create a physical mock-up before supplying artwork when panel order or orientation is critical.
