Product Description for Custom Lanyards With Safety Clip | Full Colour

Custom lanyards with a safety clip combine full-colour branding with practical event and workplace hardware. The current product uses white sublimation polyester with a safety breakaway, detachable buckle and clip, making it suitable for staff passes, conferences, exhibitions and visitor credentials.

The lanyard is approximately 20mm wide and 900mm long on the current specification. Dye-sublimation printing allows detailed full-colour artwork across both sides. An optional compatible card holder can be added where required.

Artwork should follow the exact lanyard template because the printable strip wraps around the neck and interacts with the buckle, safety break and clip. Keep logos away from hardware and account for the repeated viewing orientation.

Use the supplied lanyard template at the required scale and orientation. Supply a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X-1a, with fonts embedded or outlined and raster artwork at 300dpi.

Add 3mm bleed as shown by the template. Double-sided artwork should be supplied in the prescribed page order. If only the outward-facing side is printed, use the required blank second page rather than omitting it.

Keep logos and important text away from the safety break, buckle and clip zones. Check the direction of repeated logos around the neck before approval.

Printing: Full-colour CMYK dye sublimation, double-sided.

Artwork: CMYK PDF/PDF-X-1a, 300dpi, fonts embedded or outlined and 3mm bleed as required by the template.

Layout: Follow the supplied lanyard template exactly so artwork direction, joins and hardware positions are correct.

Production Note: Textile movement and stitching introduce normal positional tolerance. Avoid placing small critical elements directly beside joins or hardware.
