Product Description for Election Flyer Printing | Political Campaign Flyers

Election flyer printing supports political campaigns with clear, professionally produced material for door-to-door distribution, canvassing, street activity and local mailings. Flyers can carry candidate information, policies, constituency priorities, voting messages, contact details and calls to action in a format that is easy to distribute at scale.

Choose the size, paper and quantity according to the campaign area and distribution method. Consistent design across flyers, posters, banners and other campaign print can help create a recognisable visual identity throughout the constituency.

Political print may be subject to legal imprint requirements. The campaign is responsible for ensuring the artwork contains any information required by current Electoral Commission rules and for checking all names, claims, dates and contact details before approval. Supply print-ready CMYK artwork with the correct bleed and safe margins, or arrange an artwork check before production.

  • Include 3mm bleed on all sides
  • 3mm safe zone (ideally 5mm if possible)
  • Supply as a CMYK PDF
  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300dpi resolution
  • You can download the templates by clicking “Artwork Templates”.

Technical specifications – election flyer printing

Format and stock: Election flyers use the same core production principles as commercial flyers, with size, paper weight and finish selected according to the campaign’s distribution method and required durability.

Printing: Full-colour CMYK with single- or double-sided options according to the chosen specification. Multiple designs should be ordered and supplied as separate sets where required.

Artwork setup: Include 3mm bleed on all sides and keep critical content at least 3mm inside the trim, ideally 5mm where possible. Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 300dpi with all fonts outlined or embedded.

Multiple designs: Where several candidate, ward or constituency versions are required, submit artwork in the order required for each set. A multi-page PDF may be used where the ordering workflow supports multiple designs; front/back sequencing must remain unambiguous.

Political-print requirement: Campaign artwork must include any imprint and other information required by the legislation and Electoral Commission guidance applicable to the campaign. The customer is responsible for checking the legal wording, promoter/publisher details, candidate information, dates and claims before approval.

Technical recommendation: Keep the imprint readable at the final printed size and away from the trim. Do not reduce legally important text merely to fit additional campaign copy; allow sufficient clear space in the layout.
