Product Description for Custom Soft Shell Jackets | Full-Colour Branding

Custom soft shell jackets provide branded outerwear for staff uniforms, site teams, events and corporate clothing. The current Sol’s Race-style jacket uses a two-layer 96% polyester and 4% elastane soft-shell fabric with a water-repellent, shower-resistant outer construction.

The jacket includes two zipped front pockets, an SBS zip, open cuffs and a dropped rear hem. Current sizes run from S to 3XL. Full-colour heat-transfer branding is positioned on the left chest within an approximately 101.6 x 101.6mm area.

Keep the logo clear and appropriately scaled for chest placement. Fabric stretch, seams and garment movement mean extremely fine detail is less suitable than strong logos and readable typography.

Use the exact chest-position template. The current branding area is approximately 101.6 x 101.6mm.

Supply print-ready CMYK artwork at 300dpi. Vector or high-resolution raster artwork can be used for the full-colour heat-transfer process. Embed or outline all fonts and keep important detail comfortably inside the print zone.

Do not add trim bleed. Avoid very fine lines and tiny lettering that may lose clarity when transferred onto flexible textile.
